There is a large yard, containing a small garden and many different plantsand trees giving it a very lush and green appearance. Behind the house there is a short path to the river and a large sitting area which is perfect for relaxing with a good book or a cold beer. The house itself is large with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

There is a large outdoor area with roof cover and floor for cooking and eating. The bathrooms are tiled and both have showers. The guest bedrooms are large and clean, containing a mattress, clothes hanger, fan, as well as windows with screens, so a mosquitonet is not needed. All the meals are homemade and quite arroi (Thai for delicious). The house is located a short distance from the school and a short distance from Inburi.

There are 6 bikes available to guests for transportation. P-tuk also has a car for the longer distances, like to Singburi.
